the kitchen had all utensils needed , a definite plus. i appreciated the complimentary coffee available in the lobby at all hours.

I liked the room size. It included a good kitchen. I think the full-size fridge was very useful. The hotel is super close to the MTA Bus Port Authority terminal. This location gave access to many Manhattan subway lines.
The Wi-Fi never worked . I got zero solutions from the staff. The hotel cleaning service was subpar. There were no extra amenities in my hotel, it was not cheap at all.

i found the kitchenette a nice addition to the room. the free coffee corner near reception was good. i especially appreciated the free laundry facilities available to residents. there were things to borrow like games and books available.
they were slow and clunky.

The location proved useful. it was close to train stations and easy to get a cab. the staff was helpful. i also appreciated the air conditioning. It worked well and was easy to use.
the room seemed a bit dark. there was no overhead lighting, so it was dim. the microwave beeped after use. requested towels were never delivered to my room

the kitchenette included a coffee machine and tea making facility. i also appreciate the availability of free coffee, tea, and water at reception all day. it really was useful after a long day.
i also notice a musty smell in my room and the bathroom size was a bit small.
